Indians those have'nt mother_tongue Hindi 

Foreigners not know Hindi/NRI
Age: 15 and above (10 and above for foreigners)
Medium: English/Tamil/Malayalam/Bangaali
Fees: 50 Rupees for Indian and $50 for  foreigners
 
Diploma in Hindi:
Indians/ foreigners those have basic Knowledge in Hindi or Certificate Course
Age: 15 and above (10 and above for foreigners)
Medium: English/Tamil/Malayalam/Bangaali
Fees: 50 Rupees for Indian and $50 for foreigners


Advance Diploma in Hindi:
Indians/Foreigner those have well Knowledge in Hindi
Age: 17 and above
Medium: Hindi
Fees: 200 Rupees for Indian and $200 for foreigners
